Humidifying in Cold Storage: As known, moisture is taken from the air as part of the cooling process; water loss occurs in the product in cold stores through Ultrasonic Humidification Systems. When the humidity is too low, the air dehumidifies the product and causes dehydration, which affects the quality of the products. Lower quality products have a lower value. Humidification prevents water loss, protects the product and extends its shelf life.


The humidity in cold rooms should be kept within a certain range. The ideal moisture content should be between 75% and 90%, depending on the type of product.


In the humidification process, the size of the water molecules and their homogeneous distribution in the room are important. After the moistening process, wetness and condensation should not occur on the product. Ultrasonic Humidification System is one of the best humidification methods to avoid wetness and condensation.
